Tutorial on using DOCK 6 Chimera X plugin

The ChimeraX plugin is not part of the DOCK 6 distribution yet. If you have a DOCK 6 license and are interested in testing the plugin for academic use please contact us ([email protected]).

Install mobaXterm:

(as an alternative you can install Cygwin. Note that mobaXterm uses Cygwin under the hood.)

Install the following packages.

Compile dock as follows.

Compile dms.

modify the paths to make your installation.

install the plugin on your version of chimeraX
