Release highlights
Digest 1.1 is the first release of Digest to introduce major features.
- Feed items are no longer allowed to contain scripts. This is a major security and privacy improvement.
- Relative URLs in feed items are now semi-supported... for display only.
- Several minor fixes in the default style and program logic.
Compatibility
Firefox
Digest 1.1 works with Firefox 17 to Firefox 25.
Brief
Digest does not work simultaneously with Brief. If Brief is detected on startup, Digest suggests to disable Brief.
Digest 1.1 keeps the database format and preferences compatible with Brief versions up to 1.7beta1.
Other
Digest is compatible with the RSS icon for Brief addon.
