Release notes

Digest 1.0 is the first release of Digest.

It is a fork of Brief 1.7a1 and contains one significant improvement over the latter: it works with Firefox 21+ (up to the latest Nightly as of 2013-05-14). Original Brief does not work with these versions as the API it uses was removed in Firefox 21.

Compatibility

Digest 1.0 works with Firefox 13 to Firefox 24.

Digest does not work simultaneously with Brief. If Brief is detected on startup, Digest suggests to disable Brief. However, Digest 1.0 keeps the database format and preferences compatible with Brief 1.7a1/1.6.
