The usual ones ..

Remove (almost) any hot glue

  • use cold spray to let it break off easier
  • none of the connectors would fall off easily, except maybe the keyboard connector

Removed hot glue

Remove the masking tape and replace with Kapton

Remove possible hot-glue from the front panel

Remove the glass, clean it and use some silicone to glue it back in. Take care to use a minimum amount of silicone, otherwise it will pour out and be visible in the window.
