Account is one of the most important concept in Pachira. Typically, an account is setup to mimic a real life account in a financial organization. It would be easier to organize Pachira accounts according to the periodic statements from financial organizations.

Currently, Pachira supports four types accounts, each types with several sub-types:

• Spending
  • Checking
  • Savings
  • Credit Card
  • Cash
• Investing
  • Brokerage
  • IRA
  • 401K/403b
  • 529 Plan
• Property
  • House
  • Vehicle
  • Other Asset
• Debt
  • Loan
  • Other Liability
