Overview

Purpose: To display the voltage and current across the load visually using graphs on a screen.

Need to display:

• title
• data points
• lines connecting data points
• axis
• peak value
• RMS value
• period

I2C vs SPI

SPI

Pros:

• I already have an SPI screen ready to use
• faster possible data transfer

Cons:

• SPI is already being used for flashing ATmega
• more wires for routing
• overkill for how much data we need to send

Pros

• Fewer wires
• takes advantage of a protocol not already being used. (uart->data to esp. spi->flashing)
