Farming Town
First Forest Biome
- As you move away from the farming town, the houses in the background become fewer and fewer, until the player is deep enough in the forest that there are no longer remnants of society in the background

Trees to study and get inspiration from
- Angel Oak
- El Arbol del Tule --> Montezuma Cypress in Mexico, claimed price for broadest trunk
- Bristlecone Pine --> Methuselah and Prometheus trees are over 4 thousand years old
- Willow tree --> maybe incorporate it in more whimsical places, such as the altars (perhaps good symbolism as the altars heal you and according to the Ebers Papyrus - oldest known copilation of medical knowledge - references splinters of the willow tree calm the nerves. Folk healers in Europe and North America gathered inner bark of willow tree to cure anguish and intermitting disorders
- Dartmoor Forest
- Ficus --> the khasi people in India created bridges made of ficus roots
- We can do something with the concept of amber
- Maybe player can get stuck/slowed down by tree resin and you can trick enemies into walking into it
- Have ancient bug or creature stuck in resin break free --> maybe boss?
- Shelf Fungi can be used as platforms
