The Table Overview is the primary screen of Vpin Studio and allows users to see at a glance many of the details related to their collection of virtual pinball tables. It's main task is to see, validate and improve the resolved configuration and media assets for every table. The data is populated by a Table Scan.

Status
The status column indicates the status relative to the screen validators that are configured.
A green check See Table Validations for more info. A
indicates there is a comment for this table.
Display Name
Displays the Screen Name field from the Tabe Data Manager.
Version
Displays the version number from the Tabe Data Manager and will have a green arrow if there is a differing version on the Virtual Pinball Spreadsheet.
Last Update
Displays the date the last update was applied to this table in the database. If a change is made in the Tabe Data Manager this date will update.
VPS Status
The first section will display a if there is a match to a Virtual Pinball Spreadsheet table selected in the Tabe Data Manager. The tooltip will show the matched table name.
The second section will display a if there is a match to a specific version of a table on Virtual Pinball Spreadsheet selected in the Tabe Data Manager. The tooltip will show the matched VPS Table Version.
The third section indicates if the table or assets have updates available on Virtual Pinball Spreadsheet.
Viewing the tooltip will display additional information.
This indicator can be reset from the context (right-click) menu by selecting "Reset VPS Updates".
Patch Version
Displays the patch version number from the Tabe Data Manager.
Rating
This can be used to pretend you are John Green and give a rating to the table on a 5-star scale.
Playlists
Displays the icons for the playlists this table is currently associated with.
Backglass
Will display a if there is a backglass file present. The tooltip will give the file name and location on the cabinet.
PUP Pack
Will display a if there is a PUP Pack folder present. The tooltip will give the PUP Pack folder location on the cabinet.
*INI
Will display a if there is an INI file present. The tooltip will give the file name and location on the cabinet.
*RES
Will display a if there is an RES file present. The tooltip will give the file name and location on the cabinet.
*POV
Will display a if there is an POV file present. The tooltip will give the file name and location on the cabinet.
ALT Sound
Will display a if there is an ALT Sound present.
ALT Color
Displays the type of ALT Color file if there is one present. Possible types are pal, serum, and pac. An icon will display to indicate if there is an updated ALT Color file availalable on Virtual Pinball Spreadsheet.
ROM
Displays the ROM name for the table.
Highscore Type
Displays the type of storage used for the highscores of this table. More information about this is in Highscores.
Emulator
Displays the emulator used to play this table.
PinVol
Displays the Primary and Secondary volume for this table if PinVol is installed and being used. The tooltip clarifies this further.
Launcher
Displays the currently configured launcher for this table. If an alternate launcher has been selected on the "Settings" tab of the Table Data Manager, it will display here. Otherwise, the default launcher will display.
Date Added
Displays the date the table was added to the database.
Comments
Displays text that has been entered into the "Comments" tab of the Tabe Data Manager.
