Cron Schedules：定时巡检任务

Skill 预置 7 个巡检任务，定义在 cron/sdr-schedules.yaml。它们不会自动安装：首次配置向导会引导你逐个 hermes cron create；该 YAML 用于手动或脚本化配置。

一次性导入：

SDR: New leads check	0 */4 * * *	每 4 小时	查今天新建的 status=new 线索，列出并建议 ICP 评分和首触消息；无则回复 HEARTBEAT_OK
SDR: Stalled leads	0 9 * * 1-5	工作日 09:00	活跃线索（contacted/interested/quote_sent/negotiating）超过 5 个工作日未联系，起草跟进
SDR: Quote follow-up	0 10 * * 1-5	工作日 10:00	quote_sent 且超过 3 天未联系，起草询问报价反馈的跟进
SDR: Email sequences	0 11 * * *	每天 11:00	执行 Day 3/7/14 跟进；Day 14 后转入培育；有回复则状态改为 email_replied 并通知 owner
SDR: Lead discovery	0 10 * * *	每天 10:00	2–3 次 Web 搜索目标市场买家，ICP ≥ 5 的加入 CRM
SDR: Weekly report	0 9 * * 1	周一 09:00	周报：新线索、状态变化、各阶段转化率、Top 5 机会、停滞商机（只用表格和要点）
SDR: Nurture check	0 9 * * 1	周一 09:00	cold_lead >14 天、closed_won >30 天、closed_lost >90 天，分别起草对应触达

手动创建示例

hermes cron create "New leads check" --schedule "0 */4 * * *" --instruction "Check CRM for status=new leads created today. If found, list them and suggest ICP scoring + first-touch message. If none, reply HEARTBEAT_OK."

注：Cron 时间按 Hermes 运行环境的时区执行；workspace/AGENTS.md 另有"按收件人营业时间发送"的时区表（如中东 UTC+3、欧洲 UTC+1 等，均为 09:00–17:00）。
