slideDirectory provides a flexible way to create staging directories per slide, making it suitable for batch processing of files in a parallelized manner.

Example usage:

./slideDirectory --file AE1234.SR.ndpi

Argument(s):

• -f, --file

Optional argument(s):

• -v, --version
  • Display version and license information. Optional.
• -h, --help
  • Show this help message and exit. Optional.
