User Story: Responsive Content

Story: As a user, I want to be able to easily view content whether I am on a desktop or mobile device.

Estimate Size: Lg. Votes: Sunny - Lg, Maggie - Lg, Ty -Lg, Jeff -Lg

Acceptance Criteria:

• Novbar will be collapsible so user can still navigate content on their phones.

• Featured poems will resize to fit the dimensions of popular screen sizes.

• When on mobile, the grid of images will stack on top of each other so that the user can easily scroll down the page to view images.
