Story: As a User, I want to change my profile so I can keep my photo up to date.

Estimated Size: From what I found online, uploading a file from user's computer involves PHP, so I'd suggest LG. If there's an option to crop or adjust the photo, it could be XL.

Acceptance Criteria:

• User can click the upload button to pull up computer file system.
• User can overwrite current photo by uploading a new one.
• User can move or crop the photo so they can choose how the photo appears in the icon.
• User can see a preview of the photo on the Profile page.
