Story: As a User, I want to customize the type and frequency of emails I get, so I can stay informed.

Acceptance Criteria:

• User can select a checkbox to opt-in to a type of email
• User can deselect a checkbox to opt-out of a type of email
• When the Settings page loads, these checkboxes load with the current User customizations
