Story: As a User, I want create a review, so others can read it.

Estimated Size: Small

Acceptance Criteria:

• User can easily locate the 'Create Review' button.
• When the user clicks on a Review they are taken to create form without errors.
• The user cannot added a review until after they rate the article.
• After user types their comment text, they can post the review by clicking a post button.
• If the user decides to not post a review, they can cancel by clicking a cancel button.
• The User can easily locate the post and cancel buttons.
• The review is not made public until reviewed and approved by an administrator.
• User can click a Preview button to see how the comment will appear publicly.
• Once review is posted, the user who created the review can delete it.
