Description: Assuming the API is already setup for this feature, we would just loop thru keys that correspond to the various subjects and list the values in the content area of the page

User Story: Contact Site Admin

Description: Assuming to only implement the UI elements on the page, there would be a form with 2 fields (name / msg) with a send button. we may do a simple client-side form check to display a error if fields are left blink.
