Implied - sustany/dvg GitHub Wiki
Circumstances, conduct, or statements which suggest the authority to act, warranty, promise, or consent, among other things (rather than stating directly)are considered to be implied.
For example, in agency law, implied authority means the agent is assumed to act on behalf of a principal, but it is not express or written in an agreement. More about implied authority, see A. Gay Jenson Farms Co. v. Cargill, Inc., 309 N.W.2d 285 (Minn. 1981)
