Mace Attack Assistance 3.0
Warning: Due to the nature of this mod, using it on servers with anti-cheat systems (e.g. PvP servers) may result in a ban.
This mod is intended for use in private servers, LAN play, and single-player environments.
I created it for enjoying PvP and survival in a private server.
Client-side only — Do not install on the server.
Supported: Fabric 1.21.1 / 1.21.4 / 1.21.5 / 1.21.6
Requirements: Mod Menu , Cloth Config API
Assumed Equipment (Not Required)
These are referenced in the documentation but are not mandatory:
- Primary Mace with Density , Wind Burst
- Breach Mace with Breach , no Wind Burst
- Sword (iron or better)
- Axe
- Elytra & FireworksRocket
- Wind Charge
- Ender Pearls
Attack Assist
While Falling
[Hold Attack Button]
- Automatically attacks when the crosshair is over a target.
[New] Swing Lock / Unlock
Suppresses the arm swing during falling attacks.
- Default: OFF (unlock).
- Temporary Toggle Key (Left Shift): Temporarily inverts the setting while held (configurable).
Aim Assist
While Falling
[Hold Attack Button]
- Automatically turns your view toward the target while falling.
- Disabled during Elytra flight.
Target entity types can be selected in the settings. This affects:
- Auto-aim targeting
- Target marker display (explained below)
Note: This does not affect attack eligibility.
You can hide the marker even if auto-aim is enabled.
Jump Assist
With Wind Charge in Either Hand
[Ctrl + Jump] or [Shift + Jump]
- Throws a Wind Charge when jumping from solid ground.
- Now works even while sneaking.
[New] Wall Climbing
[Ctrl + Jump + Forward]
- Throws a Wind Charge slightly forward if there’s a block within a 90° frontal arc.
- Can be used repeatedly to climb.
- More effective when looking upward.
- Disabled while wearing Elytra.
Note: Jump Assist and Wall Climbing briefly flick the player's head due to the throw logic. This is intended, not a bug.
Hot Swap
During Falling Attacks
- Automatically switches to the Primary Mace.
- If holding a sword or axe beforehand, deals slightly more damage.
[New] Stun Slam
- When attacking a target with a shield, switches to an axe to disable the shield, then hot swaps.
[New] Breach Swap
- During normal jump attacks on hostile mobs or players, switches to a Breach Mace for increased damage.
- Requires a Breach Mace.
- Can be set to work on all mobs or even without jumping.
[New] Snapback
(While Airborne)
- If the player is at a height above a configurable threshold and is falling slower than the target, the Breach Mace is used.
- Especially useful when the Breach Mace lacks Wind Burst, but the Density Mace has it.
- Lets you knock down the target and quickly follow up with another attack.
- Threshold height and fall-speed difference tolerance are configurable.
Elytra Extensions
[New] Jump Spam
(With Elytra Equipped, Wind Charge in Hand) [Hold Jump + Hold Ctrl]
- Helps gain altitude before transitioning into flight.
[New] Toggle Elytra
[R]
- Swaps between Elytra and Chestplate.
- If one is missing, swaps with an empty slot. Does nothing if both are missing.
[New] Rocket Blitz
(While Flying) [Space + Right Click]
- Uses a rocket from the hotbar or offhand when pressing Space + Right Click.
- Automatically selects rockets in the hotbar.
- Space Key(trigger) is configurable.
[New] Elytra Boost
(While Flying, Wind Charge in Hand) [Hold Jump]
- When close to the ground, throws a Wind Charge to boost upward.
- The reflection angle is configurable.
Target Marker
- Displays a marker above targets when Aim Assist is ON.
- While flying, targets are filtered by range and angle (configurable).
[New] Marker Types
- Beam and Spiral types are now available.
- Spiral is the default. The original marker is now called "Frame".
- Marker appearance (movement, color by mob type, detection rate/area) is customizable.
Markers are visible when mod debug screen is shown. This is not a bug.
[New] Target Search
[L]
- When using Beam or Spiral, the marker is always visible regardless of flight state or auto aim setting.
- Specify horizontal and vertical angles relative to crosshair.
- E.g., Horizontal 9 = 90°(±45°), Horizontal 18 = 180° forward arc.
- Only mobs within this angle and line of sight will display markers.
- Search distance (horizontal/vertical) is configurable.
- Higher values increase CPU load.
Item Use Tweaks
[New] Item Use Priority
- Prioritizes Wind Charge or Rockets in offhand when right-clicking.
- Overrides vanilla behavior (which uses the mainhand first).
[New] Auto Refill
- Auto-replenish stackable items after use.
- Can be toggled in settings.
[New] Bulk Refill
[V]
- Instantly refills all stackable hotbar items regardless of Auto Refill setting.
[New] Ender Pearl
[Z]
- Throws an Ender Pearl in your line of sight if one is in the hotbar.
Extreme Mode
Extreme (Limit-breaking mode)
- Enables attacks with precision and timing beyond human capability.
- Showcases the full potential of this mod.
- Guaranteed to trigger anti-cheat on most servers — use only in safe environments.
[New] Recon Camera
[N]
- Allows aerial camera movement during flight.
- Pressing the key makes the player tilt slightly upward (-4°) to stabilize flight.
- Mouse movement horizontally rotates the player.
- Vertical camera angle changes without affecting player pitch.
- Rocket boosts may still be needed to maintain speed and height.
- Great for scouting targets.
- Press key again or land to exit camera mode.
- Ctrl + Mouse Wheel changes zoom.
- Settings include first-person/third-person view and camera angle reset options.
Tips and Tricks
- Don’t rely solely on Aim Assist — try to line up your crosshair with the target's head manually.
- If a target is near a wall, your swing may accidentally target blocks. Use temporary Swing Lock or wait until you're closer.
- Fly towards your target and release the elytra a moment before you reach the target.
- Higher altitudes require more accurate aiming. Don’t expect 100% success — assists are helpful but not perfect.
- Tilting slightly while Wall Climbing lets you climb diagonally.
Slot Configuration
Slot numbers go left-to-right: 1–9, with 0 = Auto.
If using multiple maces:
- Primary Mace Slot: Usually your Density Mace.
- Breach Mace Slot: Must have the Breach enchantment.
If slot is set to Auto and both maces are present:
- Primary mace is searched from left to right and breach mace is searched from right to left.
- Therefore, the order should be primary/breach.
- They do not necessarily have to be next to each other. The order is important.
