Hi I am Sunil Kumar Adhya Currently working in so and so company as SSE. My day to day work involve Working with the Lead, BA, prioritising Tasks, & accomplishing the Task with the Team. I use to gather the requirements, discuss the solution. As I am the Senior Resource I got to review the codes written by the Junior team member and correct that whenever there is a problem. Based on the complexity,We plan the tasks assignment during the grooming call.
We have kept few parameters while reviewing the code, Like KISSS Principle. Write whatever is readable on your screen. for Eg., 50 lines of coding standard in a method. No commenting. Method Name should Reveal its usability. No Comments for the same.
Whenever there is any section getting repeated, put it into a new method.
My suggestion Rejected by the
mismatch in the thoughts, Reveal it and solve it.

For Better career Opportunity. Some times I feel we can fine tune the codes before moving to production.
What is Your Weakness:
Sometimes i don't have great attention to detail.Pros, let me execute a task fast manner. But sometimes leads to careless mistakes. So I make sure to always have some one else double check my work.
