- Clearly Documented Reproduction Steps • Provide detailed, step-by-step instructions to reproduce the issue. • Include any user credentials (if applicable) and permissions required to replicate the scenario. • Attach relevant screenshots, screen recordings, or call recordings that demonstrate the issue.
- Reproducibility Confirmation • Ensure the issue is reproducible in at least one environment (e.g., Lab, UAT, Staging). • Clearly specify the environment and configuration used for reproduction.
- Priority of the Issue and Expected Timeline • Indicate the impact on users. • Mention any timelines or commitments communicated to the customer.
- Error Logs and Technical Evidence (if available) • Include any error messages, stack traces, or logs collected during the issue. Please feel free to add or suggest any additional points you think would be helpful.
