Please post a new thread. Do not add to an existing thread unless you are very sure that your issue is exactly the same.

Please make only one post for a problem.

Please describe the symptoms of the problem.

Please describe the steps to recreate the problem, if possible.

Please attach NextPVR logs to your thread. Go to Settings --> About and click Logs Files to create a zip file containing the logs.

The NextPVR forum will not accept attachments that are larger than 2MB. Please use cloud storage (for example, Dropbox or OneDrive) and post a link if the log zip file is larger than 2MB.

Please attach Kodi debug logs, or include a link in your post, if you are using Kodi, ... Kodi Debug Logs

Please do not post snippets of log unless you are completely sure that there is nothing before or after the snippet that might be relevant.

Please tell us the time that you saw the symptoms of the problem so that we know where to look in the logs.

Notes

The forum software requires you to click on both Browse and Add Attachment to attach to a post.

Please attach complete logs ... not snippets ... it really is helpful.

The forum does not show a message when it fails to attach. Please check that your logs have attached.
