  • Read call for paper, look at the program, confilicts and other work, past work
  • What format, how many pages(including/excluding references)
  • Title, theme, related work(1-2 paper), authors and sequence
  • Setup github, with format, tex files and make file
  • Complete the abstract, word limit of abstract
  • Setup shared google doc(or other where) with progress plan
  • Paper submission anay, single/double blind
  • First draft, complete draft deadline
