At each release I keep forgetting something, so now I will have a check list ...

  1. Increment the version in Companion CMakeLists.txt and Firmware Makefile

  2. Update the Companion and Firmware release notes (release date, any missing changes)

  3. Press the button

  4. Create a GitHub release with the firmware release notes

  5. Close the milestone

  6. Add a Post on the open-tx website

Additional steps:

  1. Create and upload Debian 32 and 64 bit Companion installation packages

  2. Create and upload OSX version of Companion installation package
