There's no brand on this one, I got it for 11€ on ebay as "Wifi Smart Sans Fil Télécommande Prise de Courant Pour Téléphone Prise EU Plug" from this seller.

Flashing

As chipset is a TYWE2S, you'll have to connect GPIO0 (marked IO0) manually to the ground.
