Derwent London PLC

This has fairly strong balance sheet: debt/equity of 22%, it's P/B is about 70%, it has £12 of cashflow per share (~£27), it's exposed a lot to London, but this is likely to continue to recover after the pandemic. Rental income seems to be increasing again.

Real estate in a time of rising inflation seems a good bet. A highly geared company might be a better play, but Modigliani Miller applies.

The weak pound might put off overseas investors, and sap demand, but a UK investor should not be bothered. I think this is worth a second look.

FT summary of $DLN.L Yahoo is a bit crap, because of the crazy UK convention of quoting share prices in pence, but also does not have all the accounting numbers.
