Bimobject website - a global marketplace for BIM content and data on products.
Example search for the Trihal – Cast Resin dry type transformer IEC 60076 returns following result:

- goujianwu - in Chinese, but can be navigated in Google Chrome with translation plugin
- GrabCAD - can be used to find Hitachi models, in particular

Data Availability
The website has a search engine and contains 3D models in the following formats:
Model data for this particular product is available only in Revit format. It is a proprietary and not very well documented data format with no open source converters easily available. However, it is possible to use Revit and other specialised software, like ACCA usBIM, to export it to non proprietary formats and extract the information contained in those models.
