General description
The Vulnerable Population Footprint (VPF) is a mapping and reporting instrument that identifies areas with significant proportions of people living in poverty and without a high school education (high poverty rates and low education levels); it maps and reports social determinants of health (SDOH).
The VPF Tool provides maps and reports highlighting geographic locations with high poverty rates and low education levels. Thresholds for target areas are customizable, allowing the tool to be utilized in geographic locations where regional rates may be greater or lower than the national average.
