General description
Statewide Planning And Research Cooperative System (SPARCS) is a comprehensive all-payer data reporting system that collects financial and medical data on patients admitted to all hospitals. These data include hospital information on ambulatory surgery, discharges, outpatient services visits, and patient-level detail on patient characteristics and serve in the planning, monitoring, and reimbursement of the patient population.
