The Spanish National Health Survey (SNHS) is a representative survey of the Spanish population, conducted every two years and coordinated by the Ministry of Health and Consumption. It includes detailed information on health status, healthcare utilization, and socioeconomic conditions of Spanish residents.
The survey employs a three-stage stratified sampling design, targeting individuals aged 16 or older across various census sections and households. The 2003 and 2006 waves include nationality and country of birth data, providing insights into health disparities between natives and immigrants.
