General description
A primary health care (PHC) survey module was created in collaboration with Ariadne Lab at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health to evaluate PHC facility performance and patient experiences.
This is the first nationally representative survey on PHC patient experience conducted in West Africa. The survey was conducted in two rounds in Ghana and one round in Uganda. The patient experience, including financial accessibility and treatment responsiveness, was examined in the study of female households.
