General description
The National Sleep Research Resource (NSRR) is an NHLBI-supported repository focused on sharing large amounts of sleep data (actigraphy, polysomnography, and questionnaire-based) from clinical trials, multiple cohorts, and other data sources. Since its creation in April 2014, the NSRR aims to advance sleep and circadian science by supporting algorithmic development, secondary data analysis, and signal processing by sharing high-quality data sets.
By harmonizing its data across multiple studies, NSRR hosts a repository of tens of thousands of demographic data, polysomnographic records, and questionnaires in a consistent and principled way across data sets, thus increasing the scientific and statistical power of analyses.
