The Molecular Transducers of Physical Activity Consortium (MoTrPAC) Data Hub is a national research portal to access data generated by the MoTrPAC. The Data Hub allows researchers to access data from preclinical animal studies and the MoTrPAC clinical study. Its goal is to study the molecular changes that occur in response to exercise and, ultimately, to promote understanding of how physical activity improves and preserves health. Data includes phenotypic and muti-omic data from up to 19 animal tissues and clinical and muti-omic data from human exercise studies.
- The mitochondrial multi-omic response to exercise training across tissues
- Multi-omic identification of key transcriptional regulatory programs during endurance exercise training
- Molecular Transducers of Physical Activity Consortium (MoTrPAC): Mapping the Dynamic Responses to Exercise
- Sexual dimorphism and the multi-omic response to exercise training in rat subcutaneous white adipose tissue
