ImmuneSpace - sporedata/researchdesigneR GitHub Wiki
ImmuneSpace is a powerful engine designed to facilitate data exploration, management, and analysis, using state-of-the-art computational tools to enable integrative modeling of human immunological data.
The data in ImmuneSpace is derived from the NIAID Human Immunology Project Consortium (HIPC) and is linked to a subset of data from the ImmPort database.
- High-throughput single-cell profiling of B cell responses following inactivated influenza vaccination in young and older adults
- IgM N-glycosylation correlates with COVID-19 severity and rate of complement deposition
- Early immune responses have long-term associations with clinical, virologic, and immunologic outcomes in patients with COVID-19
- Site-specific development and progressive maturation of human tissue-resident memory T cells over infancy and childhood
- mRNA vaccination boosts S-specific T cell memory and promotes expansion of CD45RAint TEMRA-like CD8+ T cells in COVID-19 recovered individuals
- Prior cycles of anti-CD20 antibodies affect antibody responses after repeated SARS-CoV-2 mRNA vaccination
- The Whole Body as the System in Systems Immunology
- Prediction of HLA genotypes from single-cell transcriptome data
- Accelerated Longitudinal Weight Gain Among Infants With In Utero COVID-19 Exposure
- Predictive overfitting in immunological applications: Pitfalls and solutions
