General description
The Immunology Database and Analysis Portal (ImmPort) is a public data-sharing repository funded by the NIH, NIAID, and DAIT in support of the NIH mission to share data with the public.
ImmPort provides:
- A centralized, secure, reliable, and scalable immunology data infrastructure with templates, user manuals, and tools for researchers to manage data submission and sharing.
- User-friendly web interfaces and tools for querying, downloading, integrating, and analyzing shared data.
- Data and metadata standards and data Quality Control (QC) procedures to promote data integration and secondary analyses.
