General description
The INCLUDE (INvestigation of Co-occurring conditions across the Lifespan to Understand Down syndromE) Data Coordinating Center (DCC) - INCLUDE-DCC was designed to provide the world with the data access and analysis tools required to improve the health and quality of life for people with Down syndrome (DS).
INCLUDE-DCC was launched in 2020 to overcome the challenge of studying the root causes of specific co-occurring conditions in people with DS, such as Alzheimer’s/dementia, autism, cataracts, celiac disease, congenital heart disease, and diabetes.
