General description

The Interactive Atlas of Heart Disease and Stroke (IAHDS) is a useful resource for public health professionals, researchers, community leaders, and anyone interested in tracking CVD trends, prioritizing research, and organizing patient services.

IAHDS allows users to map heart disease and stroke at the county level by race/ethnicity, gender, and age group. Social and economic aspects, as well as the locations of health providers, can be displayed on maps by census tract and county.
