General description
The Human BioMolecular Atlas Program (HuBMAP) is an open, global atlas of the human body at the cellular level. The HuBMAP Data Portal allows access to both restricted and unrestricted access data, making it the central resource for the discovery, download, and visualization of single-cell tissue data generated by the consortium. A standardized data curation and processing workflow ensures that only high quality is released.
