General description

The Healthcare NLP: LLMs, Transformers, Datasets comprises medical data and models to promote data science in healthcare. This dataset aims to accomplish several tasks, including Q&A, Sequence to Sequence, summarization, Text Classification, and Token Labeling.

Included in the data files are text data from reputable sources that can be used along with the models. Three types of models exist:

1. Transformers tailored for medical applications
2. LayoutLM models for semi-structure document such as patient records, and
3. Large Language Models
