HSPW - sporedata/researchdesigneR GitHub Wiki
General description
The Human Salivary Proteome represents saliva samples from two dozen men and women of various ethnic backgrounds, accounting for a saliva catalog containing more than a thousand proteins.
Funded by the NIDCR, the Human Salivary Proteome Wiki is a collaborative, community-based Web portal to over one thousand unique human saliva proteins identified by high-throughput proteomic technologies. The wiki is available for the public and research community to harness the knowledge in the data and to further enhance the proteome's value by adding their data.
