FaceBase - sporedata/researchdesigneR GitHub Wiki
General description
FaceBase is a publicly accessible repository that offers a wide range of data types, including cellular, developmental, genetic, genomic, genetic, imaging, and molecular data, all aimed at supporting research in dental, oral, and craniofacial areas and related fields. This repository gathers data from various sources, such as animal models, in vitro experiments, and human studies, and makes it widely available to the research community. FaceBase provides user-friendly web interfaces for data sharing, curation, browsing, and image-based exploration.
In addition to these data services, FaceBase also offers several other resources, such as the 3D Facial Norms database, developmental atlases, the Ontology of Craniofacial Development and Malformation (OCDM), and the Human Genome Analysis Interface (HGAI).
