DANDI - sporedata/researchdesigneR GitHub Wiki
General description
The DANDI (Distributed Archives for Neurophysiology Data Integration) Archive, or Dandiset, is a collection of assets (files and their metadata) and metadata organized in a structured manner to help users and software tools interact with it.
DANDI stores cellular neurophysiology data in Dandisets, and each Dandiset has a unique persistent identifier that leads directly to the Dandiset.
The DANDI platform is backed by the BRAIN Initiative archive for publishing, sharing, and processing neurophysiology data, including behavioral time series, electrophysiology, images, and optophysiology from immunostaining experiments.
