General description

The Common Metabolic Diseases Knowledge Portal (CMDKP) aggregates, analyzes, and displays human genetic association results, epigenomic annotations, and results of computational prediction methods to provide data, visualizations, and tools in an open-access portal. The CMDKP aims to facilitate research on the molecular basis of complex diseases, including cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, types 1 and 2 diabetes, and sleep disorders.

CMDKP provides data and tools to promote the understanding and treatment of common metabolic diseases and includes genetic, epigenomic, and computational results for multiple diseases and traits.
