General description
The Common Fund (CF) Data Ecosystem (CFDE) is designed to enable researchers to access and interact with various data sets from multiple Common Fund (CF) programs within a cloud-based digital environment. CF programs produce an extensive array of diverse and important data sets, intended for use by the research community to fast-track discoveries.
The CFDE portal aims to establish a collective resource that ensures CF data sets adhere to the FAIR principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable). This will facilitate researchers in exploring scientific and clinical inquiries from a unified access point.
