General description

The Cancer Data Service (CDS) is home to both controlled and open access data and provides data storage and sharing capabilities for NCI-funded studies.

CDS is one of multiple data commons within the Cancer Research Data Commons (CRDC) and currently hosts several data types from NCI projects like the Childhood Cancer Data Initiative (CCDI), Division of Cancer Control and Population Sciences (DCCPS), and Human Tumor Atlas Network (HTAN), as well as data from independent research projects.
