General description
The Brain Observatory Storage Service & Database (BossDB) is a scalable, journal-friendly, cloud-native, open-data ecosystem for storing, accessing, and processing multidimensional and volumetric 3D and 4D neuroscience datasets.
BossDB focuses on Electron Microscopy and X-ray Micro/Nano Tomography, and hosts code datasets using Amazon Web Services capabilities that ensure highly available and highly scalable endpoints, data caching and load balancing, and durable multitier data storage.
