General description
The Biologic Specimen and Data Repository Information Coordinating Center (BioLINCC) facilitates and coordinates the NHLBI Biorepository and the Data Repository activities. BioLINCC aims to enable access to and maximize the scientific value of biospecimen and clinical data resources collected by clinical trials and observational studies supported by the Institute.
Furthermore, BioLINCC promotes the use of and facilitates access to biospecimen and clinical data resources through a single web-based user interface and enhances and facilitates further research in cardiovascular, hematologic, and pulmonary conditions by providing qualified investigators access to stored biospecimen and data collections.
