General description
The 4D Nucleome Data Portal is a publicly accessible repository for genomic and microscopic datasets related to nuclear architecture. The 4D Nucleome Data portal collects and makes these datasets available to the public and offers a range of standardized bioinformatics and visualization tools. These tools are designed to assist in examining and interpreting chromatin organization and its influence on health and disease.
The overarching goal of the 4D Nucleome (4DN) Network is to elucidate the principles that govern nuclear organization. The portal encompasses data generated by the 4DN and other essential nucleomics studies, along with a growing suite of tools for the open processing and visualization of this data.
