File is in HEX, use a hex editor such as HxD to edit

Set "Bytes per row" to 6

First four bytes are the code off the cart (e.g. AXVP for AGB-AXVP-AUS)

Next byte is save type as per below Save Type table

and the last byte is the file size as per below Rom Size table
