2. use the setup sci 3

2.choose 1 or 2. (Norm 2 is recommended

Norm 1 is in the range of 10^-2>|X|, |X|≥10 ¹⁰

Norm 2 is in the range of 10^-9>|X|, |X|≥10¹⁰. )
