The class has changed professors and we are now changing pace. We will be going over QGIS. This is a good change as we will review the project details. Additionally, I had a lot of exams in my other classes which I had to focus on. Looking forward to working on the project coming up.

Summary
This past week was another crazy one. I need to take some time off otherwise I'm quickly approaching burnout. I did go on a bike ride this weekend so that was nice. This past week we had a discussion about what spatial data actually is and it was very interesting to run a quick spatial research analysis on Paris' important points. I liked that activity alot!!

This past week was also very busy. Its finally almost the end of job application time. This means I'll soon find out what my future entails (lol). I'm finally playing catch up with all my work and it is a true mountain of work that I need to complete. This past week we didnt have in person class for Spatial Data Discovery. Question of the week: What is utility?
Utility is most often described as being useful. Something that can provide benefit or profit. In our context I think utility would be something that provides benefit originating from some spatial analysis.

- The following weeks will be very busy for me and I will need to do a lot of catching up.
- There is a chance we wont have class and will need to work remotely for the week.
- I need to develop a better plan to focus on the work in my free time because currently I'm getting crushed.
Question of the week: What is spatial?
The definition of spatial is having or occupying space. I think in our context it would be more appropriate to use the definition from the ESRI Dictionary.
"The process of examining the locations, attributes, and relationships of features in spatial data through overlay and other analytical techniques in order to address a question or gain useful knowledge. Spatial analysis extracts or creates new information from spatial data".

Question of the week: Getting started?
There is a lot going on in my week because I need to manage applications and school work. I'm also worried about being back in person given the pandemic. I hope everything goes well.
