- Unexpected rebuilds on (similar?) clusters
- Test cluster and larger cluster
- Want to install packages on test cluster and move them to larger cluster during outage
  - It may be possible to reuse this depending on how it's done
  - Was using binary caches
  - Spack was pulling "about half" of those
  - Externals are in use, but they generally match between the two systems
- This is with Spack develop just before 0.16
- Is the CI logic useful for generating a binary cache?
- New package-reuse logic may be useful for this
(Matt) Trying to deploy llvm 14 on a machine
- Includes flang
- The new flang doesn't support code generation, so uses gfortran
- If you configure spack to use flang, archspec passes gfortran-style mcpu flags to flang
